2019 will mark the 27th consecutive year of the Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival. This is one of the longest continually running Tattoo conventions in the World. It’s historical importance for the tattoo industry, as well as its roll in Richmond’s Art Scene is immeasurable! 2019: $45,000 (We have increased our budget by 20% this year and expect this to directly effect attendance.)

Promotional Outlets:
TV: Commercial running during Ink Master and Black Ink
Radio: Commercial running on local Hip Hop and Rock and Roll Stations
Digital: We will be promoting on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter
Print: We will be distributing 5,000 fliers/posters, as well as 15,000 coasters, within a 100 mile radius of Richmond, VA as well as purchasing ad space with local and international magazines such as Style Weekly, RVA Magazine, Wurk Magazine, Richmond Times Dispatch, Tattoo Society and 247 Inked Magazine.
Billboards: We will be purchasing billboards on all of the major highways around Richmond.

Hosted Celebrities:
In the past, the Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival has hosted such celebrities as Ink Master Winners Cleen Rock One, Josh Payne, Anthony Michaels, DJ Tambe, and Steven Teft as well as runner ups: Tatu Baby, Kelly Doty, Sarah Miller, and Christian Buckingham. Others who have attended are : Ink Master Judge: Oliver Peck, Black Ink’s Melody Mitchell and NY Ink’s Megan Massacre. This years Headliner will be Ink Master Angel, Ryan Ashley.

Some of the entertainment we will be having this year: some of Richmond’s best local bands; LED Hoola-hoop act and Demon Burlesque Act by Cervena Fox, an Air Sex Competition; live Fire Performances; Family Friendly Saturday and Sunday; a Live Art for Charity Auction; Tattoo Competitions; Food Trucks; clean and safe tattooing done onsite; Local Artisanal Vendors and much more!
